Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Will Head West to Tribeca's 70 Vestry

Well, we now know at least one thing that NFL’s most famously suspended quarterback can think about when he sits out the first four games of the 2016 season. His new $20 million condo.

According to the New York Post, Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bundchen, have bought into the new Related-developed condominium project at 70 Vestry. The couple have signed on for a 5-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot unit that sports magnificent views and a sprawling terrace. Related calls the development the last bit of waterfront property available in Tribeca and has signed on superstar architect Robert A.M. Stern, who gave us the substantially awesome Limestone Jesus at 15 Central Park West.

Like 15 CPW, the 14-story newcomer at 70 Vestry will also be clad in limestone. Grand, solid, powerful, 70 Vestry will feature huge windows overlooking the Hudson, some arched in classic style that NYC has come to expect from Stern. It will offer 46 units, many with stellar views of the Hudson and NYC skyline.

Owners at 70 Vestry will enjoy panoramic river views.

Sales for the anticipated building started in April, with completion slated for 2018. That means Brady and Bundchen will have to cool their heels in their dwelling in the towering One Madison in the Flatiron District for the next two years.

Tom Brady will leave the vertical One Madison for more private digs at 70 Vestry.

Brady recently lost an appeal against a four-game suspension after being found to be part of “Deflate-Gate” — a ball tampering case that tested the will of the NFL to penalize one of its most productive and decorated stars. So he’ll miss the opening of this NFL season. However, after selling a mega-mansion in Los Angeles, it looks as if Brady and Bundchen are eager to solidify their standing in New York City. By 2018, Brady may be retired or close to it. And with the pair of faces on this power couple, there will be plenty of work for Brady & Bundchen in the Big Apple for Brady’s post-NFL life.
