Williamsburg Lottery Opens 39 Units for Middle-Earners

A new Williamsburg lottery is open at 321 Wythe Ave.

A new Williamsburg lottery has opened on the site of a former church at 321 Wythe Ave., offering 39 affordable apartments in a 19-story, mixed-use building. The 130-unit tower has earmarked these 1- and 2-bedroom units for prospective tenants who earn 130 percent of the area median income. Rents will run from $1,999 to $2,399.

That range includes single persons who make $68,538 to $95,030, as well as two-person households that earn between $68,358 and $108,550. Eligible applicants also include three- and four-person households with incomes between $82,252 and $135,590. See details below:

Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than July 17, 2018.

The building was developed by ND Architecture and features almost 5,000 feet of community space and a 92-car parking garage.
