A rental development at 89 Bartlett St. in Williamsburg has announced a new affordable housing lottery. The 16 apartments are all 1-bedrooms renting for $1,080 to those who qualify.
Eligible applicants for this lottery must earn 60 percent of the area median income, which ranges from $37,029 for a single person up to $50,100 for a 2-person household.
To apply online, visit the NYC Housing Connect site. To request an application by mail, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 89 Bartlett, c/o Metropolitan Realty Exemptions, 118 Middleton St., Brooklyn, NY, 11206.
Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 30, 2018.
