Interesting slight angles soften the flat surfaces and allow for sky colored reflection and make room for terraces and balconies in the 87 unit building built in 2008 by H3 Architects and developed by the superlative World Wide Holdings Group. These two power houses joined forces with SLCE Architects who’s broad aesthetic palette provided a fresh approach to past projects such as The Milan and Beacon Court and their expertise meshed perfectly with French trained Etienne Coffinier and together they created modern, livable enduring residences.
Lower floors have loft-like duplex one bedroom plus den spaces and just three one bedroom units exist in the building. The majority of the residences range from 3 to 5 bedrooms.
