Once you’ve set up your new Follow Up Boss account, let StreetEasy know that your setup is complete. The option to link your accounts will appear in StreetEasy within two business days. Once it appears, follow the steps below to connect your StreetEasy and FUB accounts.
Your Team Members will need to link their accounts separately.
1. Open the Agent Tools app or navigate to Agent Tools on the web.
2. Open the Connections tab and select the
Follow Up Boss → Link Account prompt.
3. Select LINK ACCOUNT again in the confirmation window.
4. Sign in to your Follow Up Boss account. Review the requested permissions and select Grant Access.
5. Confirm that you see Accounts Linked.
6. As connections come through, verify the integration is working - confirm stages and details are syncing correctly as changes are made on StreetEasy or FUB.

Once you receive your first connection through the integration, select the Admin tab on FUB, select Lead Flow, and confirm the integration is listed. It should say StreetEasy Experts and your name.
Select Admin > Automations. Select Upgrade to Automations 2.0 and follow the prompt to confirm.
Select Admin > Lead Flow, locate your Experts API lead flow, and add Experts automations by selecting the dropdown: Automation > New Experts Connections.
If you want to set up lead routing rules for your Team Lead connections, click the Edit button on the righthand side.

Once your team is linked, StreetEasy will upload your current and past Expert connections from the previous two years to your account within two business days.
The upload will include connections:

Assigned to any active agent on your Experts team
-
Created within the past two years
-
Excluding connections marked as Rejected by Client, Agent Inquiry, Rental Inquiry, or Spam
