Jeff Krantz

Jeff is the leader and co-founder (with his wife Kristin) of Krantz + Krantz, a top New York City real estate team. In his 20+ year career, Jeff and Kristin have built a multi-award winning team whose focus is delivering world-class service with an approachable style through specialized market and neighborhood knowledge, consistent and clear communication and a relentless drive to provide results. His strategies as a leader and top broker are built on integrity and authenticity that puts the best interest of his clients first. He is known for embracing cutting edge-technology and applying boundless creativity to each project and client, making the experience of working with him and the team more valuable and effective. Beyond his commitment to professional excellence, Krantz and the team contribute to a number of local charities in New York City. The Boys and Girls Club of Harlem, Sylvia and Herbert Woods Scholarship Fund and Three and a Half Acres (Kristin Krantz is a board member) are just a few local charities they actively support. When not working, Jeff can be found strolling around Harlem with his wife, daughter and Miniature Schnauzer (Piper). He is an avid fan of the English soccer league team Arsenal FC, songwriting and has a newfound love of Icelandic culture, encouraged by his Icelandic wife.
