The giant, televised publicity spread by the Kardashian clan for a pretty sumptuous Southampton waterfront estate has not resulted in a sale so far. So, now the price for the 317 Noyak Road property has been dropped again — this time to $12.75 million.
The 2-acre estate boasts a 8,900-square-foot home, which served as the setting for the “Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons in 2014,” spinoff series. The home features 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and is within close distance to the village of Southampton, as well as the ocean beaches of this Long Island outpost.
The house was listed for sale for $13.95 million in the summer of 2014, when the show was filmed. It was later bumped up to $14.95 million in 2015, then down again to $13.95 million before this most recent price drop. The property has also been available for a Memorial Day to Labor Day rental for $295,000.
The cedar-shake-sided classic features an open chef’s kitchen with ample counter seating and professional appliances all accessible to the family room, dining area and den.
The property also features a heated pool and a private, 85-foot dock that can handle as many as three boats. The manicured grounds are pretty swell, too.
