1. Via 57 West
This tetrahedron-shaped luxury rental is the first project completed in the United States by Danish starchitect (and dreamboat of the design world) Bjarke Ingels.

3. 325 Kent Avenue

8. 56 Leonard
This Jenga-like Tribeca tower was originally targeted to top out in 2009, but construction was put on hold after the 2008 financial downturn. Back on track by 2012, the building finally opened in 2016. A deal on a huge penthouse closed the following year for $47.87 million, making it the most expensive sale ever recorded south of Midtown. Good things come to those who wait, right?
