Michael C. Hall will not be living “Six Feet Under” at his sparkling new abode. The actor is the new owner of a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit at The Greenwich Lane complex in Greenwich Village. It was listed for $4,195,000, but the final sale price is not known at this time.
The five-building complex features 200 units over five different addresses. Hall’s new abode is at 160 W. 12th Street, a mid-century brick building within the complex that features Bauhaus-style interiors.
When Hall isn’t on set or stage, where he’s become a fixture in the NYC theater scene, he can enjoy the array of amenities featured in the Greenwich Lane Complex, including a full fitness and wellness level, yoga and treatment rooms, a 25-meter swimming pool with hot tub, and high-end golf simulator; spacious residents’ lounge, dining room with guest chef’s kitchen and separate catering kitchen; a 21-seat screening room; a light-filled children’s playroom; bicycle and private storage; and 24-hour attended lobbies. Whew!
