Methodology: StreetEasy looked at all available for-sale listings in each neighborhood in Manhattan from September 2013 through August 2014 to determine the share that included one of these five sought-after amenities: elevators, doormen, pet-friendliness, dishwashers, and washer/dryers. Results are ranked by the Manhattan neighborhoods with the largest percentage of listings with each amenity.
