ACCOUNT BEGINNINGS:

I think I’ve had Instagram since the beginning of time! It was an addition to a popular blog I had back in 2012. It evolved immensely — there used to be a lot of selfies and blurry pics with awful filters. One day, I started taking pictures of my day-to-day life in New York. Captures of something that I felt inspired by: a brownstone, a storefront, a park. I like to call them “New York City moments.” They resonated with my audience, and I began having so much fun capturing New York as a whole at @LittleBoyBigCity. 

FAVORITE SPOTS TO PHOTOGRAPH IN NYC:

Everywhere! New York is a poem. Every day can be an adventure. You might find a street you have never walked before that suddenly has the most amazing brownstone you have ever seen, a bunch of cute stores, or a garden that becomes magical during the golden hour. 

TY LOVES NYC BECAUSE:

For me, New York is the most fascinating city in the world. I love how diverse it is. Every day here feels like an adventure, every single season has its charm. Anything you want to achieve in New York you will achieve if you work hard. 

DREAM CITY OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK:

Without doubt, Paris.
