The median asking price for a home in the West Village was $2.3 million this November, according to the StreetEasy Data Dashboard. That means our Deal of the Week is priced at under a quarter of the median asking price for the neighborhood!
Buyers who put down the 10% minimum down payment of $55,000 can expect to see monthly payments of $4,112. This includes a mortgage payment of $3,303 and a maintenance fee of $809. It’s also less than the median asking rent in the West Village, which sat at $5,000 this November.
Boasting high ceilings and six windows facing east, south, and west, this corner unit is sure to be get great light throughout the day, in addition to offering views of the Empire State Building and Freedom Tower.
