Your listing appears not just on StreetEasy but Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads as well. So sit back and watch the prospective renters come in. Note: It takes 24-48 hours to verify and publish your listing. We may ask you to provide proof of ownership with a mortgage or tax statement, lease, or utility bill.

Manage your listing

The Owner Tools page lets you track how your listing is performing among renters, change its status, or update the open house schedule.

StreetEasy has a zero tolerance policy for inaccurate or false postings.

Frequently asked questions

We’ll need one to two business days to verify the listing you submit. If you’re posting a FRBO listing on StreetEasy for the first time, or if you’re advertising a new property, we’ll need some extra documentation confirming you own the property. Copies of your lease, utility bills, or mortgage and tax statements are all acceptable forms of verification. As soon as your ownership is verified, your listing will be approved and live on StreetEasy and Zillow sites. It expires two weeks from the date and time it was approved.
Potential renters will reach out to you via phone or email, displayed in the contact box on your listing. Emails will be sent to the address you have on file in your StreetEasy account, so be sure to double check the appropriate email is linked to your account! Regularly check your inbox and any additional folders you have, as these emails might filter to different folders depending on your email settings.
