Tatyana launched her professional real estate career in 2000 upon graduating City University of New York. She gained inside knowledge of helping medical and healthcare professionals relocate to New York City. In addition to her role, Tanya also handled commercial leasing, assisted a large number of individuals and organizations in their real estate needs while conducting Real Estate Appraisals and Home Valuations in all five boroughs of NYC. Due to disruptive changes in the market in 2006, Tanya took on a new role in medical field and represented various healthcare companies, provided educational resources to hospitals, medical doctors, network providers, pharmacies and specialty clinics. She strategically aligned and executed action plans to grow the business and created a breakthrough solution tailored to customer needs and patients demands. During these years of exploration, Tatyana rediscovered real estate industry which has been dramatically transformed with the cutting-edge technologies and new marketing platforms. Today she takes enormous pride to work as independent contractor. Mrs. Shatenko loves helping people in search for new homes and assists sellers in marketing their properties appropriately.
