Gigi Hadid, Daughter of RHOBH's Yolanda Foster Selling Slick Nolita Crash Pad

Update: Gigi Hadid sold her Nolita apartment in December 2015 for $2.3M.

Original: Just like all the cool kids in high-rent social circles, Gigi Hadid isn’t too young to not only own a slick little New York City crash pad but is also ready to dump it, too. The supermodel daughter of supermodel Yolanda Foster (you’ve seen her on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”) is moving on from her 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at 250 Bowery.

Yolanda Foster was the buyer in August 2014, paying $1.92 million. The list price now for the 925-square-foot split condo is $2.45 million.

Gigi’s move into the apartment was featured in a spot on a Real Housewives episode, in which proud Mama Foster overcame her worry of letting her daughter move to New York City and helped deck the place out in its very slick, modern style. There are wide-plank white oak floors, tons of light via huge windows and an ocean of Carrara marble in the sumptuous chef’s kitchen.

250 Bowery was a great spot for the 20-year-old Hadid to hang out for a year, given that the new-construction loft/condo building has just 20 units, a doorman and sits right at the intersection of the Lower East Side’s most happening neighborhoods, including Soho, Nolita, Noho, and the East Village. No telling where Hadid is heading next, but it can’t be too far from buddy Taylor Swift or new beau Joe Jonas, can it?
