A Kips Bay housing lottery is offering 150 new waitlist spots in the Waterside Plaza complex on the East River. The spots are for units ranging in size from studios to 3-bedrooms, for as little as $2,092 per month for a studio.
Qualified applicants must earn at one of two household income levels: either between $71,726 for a single person and $183,300 for a family of seven, or between $91,269 for a single person and $225,600 for a family of seven. See commensurate rents and unit sizes below.
These waitlist slots are for apartments in 10, 20, 25, 30, and 40 Waterside Plaza. The four-building complex right on the East River has 1,400 residential units total with amenities including 24-hour doorman service, a health club with a pool and a rooftop sun deck, and an attended parking garage.
