These apartments are being offered at 470 Manhattan Ave., an eight-story, 70-unit rental building just steps from McCarren Park, between Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Building features include a rooftop terrace, laundry room, live-in super, residents’ lounge, and package room (fees may apply). Units will feature in-unit laundry, dishwashers, microwaves, and more.
