Right in the thick of things in Noho, on a cobble-stoned street sits 40 Bond at 40 Bond Street. These ultra-modern luxury condos and townhomes take the “wow factor,” in luxury living and amenites, to a whole new level.

Floor-to-ceiling, fully-operable, cast glass windows made in Barcelona and the 22-foot high, 140-foot long sculptural “Gaudíesque” gate makes 40 Bond not only an architectural marvel but a work of art. The gate, inspired by New York graffiti, is mimicked throughout the building and within the residences.

There are 27 apartment homes, five townhomes and a penthouse. All units have 11-foot ceilings with large, flowing spaces to incorporate the “feel” of loft living.
