Bio:

Christopher W. Pepe has been coming to the offices of N.C. Pepe Corp since he was 10 years old, assisting during summers and on weekends. Always by his Father's side, he acquired a great understanding of Real Estate & Real Estate Law as well as a knack for business. A person of diverse interests, Chris is a self-taught musician and toured China with his band in '94 & '95. He then became a NY Real Estate Salesperson in 1996, soon after receiving his broker license in '98. Chris received a BA in English from C.W. Post in January of 2001. Since becoming President of N.C. Pepe Corp in 1996, Chris has sold and marketed over a Billion dollars of residential and commercial real estate, contributing more than half of N.C. Pepe's total sales. Chris has developed, maintained and currently oversees three office locations in Brooklyn with a growing staff. He is an outside of the box thinker, adapting to and changing with the current market. The increase in popularity of the Brooklyn area demanded an expansion, and while celebrating N.C. Pepe Corp's 95th year in business. Chris utilizes his in-depth knowledge of the Brooklyn area as well as relationships cultivated within the community long ago by his Grandfather and Father. He resides in Long Island with his wife and two children. Chris looks forward to what the future has to bring and continuing to make buyers, sellers, renters and landlords happy, content and satisfied.
