Born and raised on the Upper East Side, Marie is a native New Yorker, and she has acquired an extensive knowledge for the marketplace of cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses.   As a child she developed a near-encyclopedic knowledge of the city’s history and architecture, a passion which continues today.  Marie’s insider’s knowledge of these markets is a great advantage for her clients.  She has a strong referral base and invaluable contacts throughout the city.   One of the reasons for her success is that she is “on call” twenty-four/seven.  She is aware that her clients are busy people with demanding schedules and limited timeframes so she provides exemplary customer service.  An avid hiker and world traveler, she has journeyed far to interesting places yet she can live in no other place but New York City.  Marie is a graduate of New York University’s Leonard N.
