Takk is a member and guest speaker of The Real Estate Board of New York and has been the recipient of several industry awards in recent years, including Top Rental Agent of the Year in 2009 and 2010, Rookie of the Year Award in 2009, and Top Rental Lister of the Year of 2010.

An avid outdoorsman, Takk also assists his friends & network broker deals through his team of agents in Denver, Jackson Hole, Aspen, Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Vail, Steamboat, Telluride, Tahoe, & Park City.

Takk in his early days had founded Lehigh University’s Snowboarding Club, and also played on the Lacrosse team.

Takk is also an accomplished musician who currently performs with the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra in New York City playing the viola. Takk resides along the waterfront of Williamsburg Brooklyn. Reference letters are available upon request.
