Kristin Armenia

Kristin comes from a real estate family who are renowned developers in New York, South West Florida, and now Austin, Texas. Though she certainly picked a few things up growing up in this real estate family, Kristin took a different route that lead her to study acting and she became a full-time actress. She started at University of Florida (where she met Tracie Hamersley!) and then earned her BFA from Marymount Manhattan in NYC with focus on the stage. She then took her craft to Los Angeles, where she also started a production company producing theatre and optioning various projects. However, her fate was inevitable, and in 2012 Kristin returned home to NYC to begin a career in real estate, joining Sandra Greer Real Estate (SGRE). The transition was seamless and she hit the ground running revamping the Sales and Rental Department at SGRE. Within her first year she was breaking company records and building a client list that spanned from tenants and landlords to high-end sales customers, garnering her the inevitable role of Director of Sales and Rentals with the company. Kristin's rapid success is credited to an excellent work ethic and the relationships she naturally creates with all of her clients and customers that is based on trust, loyalty and an ever-growing knowledge of the real estate market. She has built a reputation for being an agent who delivers and cares about everyone with whom she works. She provides consistent communication, a dedication to details and a commitment to creating a positive experience for buyers, sellers, landlords, renters and cooperating agents. Her goal on each deal is "to create an environment of integrity for all parties while executing the best possible outcome and success for each and every party."
