Itzy Garay

Itzy Garay began her highly-awarded real estate career in 2001 as a top-producing agent at one of Manhattan's leading brokerage firms. Quickly promoted to Managing Director, she earned coveted accolades as Managing Director of the Year and Top Grossing Manager in return for growing her office into one of the most profitable in the company. Wanting to be part of something new and innovative that would raise the bar in customer service, Itzy joined Town Residential as Leasing Director of the flagship 110 Fifth Avenue office in 2010. In this role she has enjoyed the challenge and reward of managing and mentoring some of the most talented agents in the business, who benefit from the incredible energy, enthusiasm, expertise and magnetism she exudes.

Having been an agent herself on the pulse of complex deals, she understands the demands of both agents and clients alike; she continually addresses their respective needs in the most caring, professional manner. It's no wonder that Itzy has built such outstanding relationships with her industry colleagues, clients who have become lifelong friends, as well as with landlords throughout Manhattan over the years!

A native of the Northeast, Itzy has lived in Manhattan since 1997. She currently resides in TriBeCa with her fianc and her dog. Itzy loves the energy of the city and all the amazing things one can do on any given day. Itzy's favorite passion is travel. Her exotic trips have led her on a South African safari, through dozens of European countries, to the beaches of Australia, the jungles of Thailand, and across Russia. Itzy is well on her way to reaching her goal of visiting every continent on earth, as she believes that finding a good work-life balance is crucial to ones happiness.

Also very important to her is her involvement in charity. Last year she and her fianc put together a highly successful event that raised money for St. Judes Children's Research Hospital which is near and dear to her heart.
