Strong background in leasing and property management during 8 years with Tishman overseeing all of its residential properties and, several of New York’s most complex commercial buildings, five years of appraisal work focusing on valuations and challenging property tax assessments on behalf of commercial owners in Westchester County. Licensed Real Estate Broker for 20 years, holds a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA and is a candidate for a Masters in Real Estate Negotiations.
