Pawel Ciecwierz

Originally from the DC Metro area, Pawel earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Johns Hopkins University. His General Business and Management Undergraduate degree was earned at University of Maryland. Prior to transitioning to Real Estate, Pawel spent nearly a decade holding various positions in the Financial Services arena at Morgan Stanley and UBS where he gained valuable skills and knowledge.

His passionate and results-driven approach is evident to anyone who meets him. He works relentlessly to build and maintain strong relationships and to deliver expected results. Quite frankly, he is equipped with a superb work ethic and an unmatched drive to provide excellent customer service.

As a homeowner of properties in multiple states, including New York City, and an active landlord, he brings abundant personal experience in both principal and investment properties. He is more than willing to share his experiences with any potential buyer or seller.

Most of all, Pawel enjoys do-it-yourself home improvement projects, ranging from minor fixes to redesigning or remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. He has an exceptional eye for detail and a talent for seeing potential in every space, regardless of available budget. He also takes every opportunity to walk around the city and enjoy the eye-catching and beautiful architectural aspects that are unique to New York.

Born in Poland, he is fluent in Polish and very familiar with Greenpoint and Williamsburg areas, where he enjoys traditional Eastern European foods and shops.
