Belinda Kai-Atkins

Belinda Kai-Atkins, a well rounded individual, received a scholarship from New York University, graduated with honors with a BS in Theater Education and teamed up with the Actor's Fund in which she provides hands on theater classes from making set designs to writing scripts. Belinda Kai-Atkins has been serving the community in many ways throughout the years. For example, she saw a need to provide music and movement for young children, so she started a music program called “Music With-U-And Me” which serviced many of the pre-schools and Child Care facilities in the Queens and Brooklyn area. She also provided a music program at La Guardia Community College in the Kid for College department. As an individual whose family members has been part of the Real Estate business for over 25, her exposure to this environment led her to service others as a Real Estate professional. She began working with her brother in a real estate office in Astoria, Queens and continues to work with him on different real estate projects. Upon the advice for her family, she joined the Exit family and worked in the Richmond Hill area of Queens. She is currently working at an Exit office in Forest Hills, Queens, where she is serving others by educating and assisting them in finding housing of their choice.
