New York is the most exciting city filled with amazing art and architecture, tasty restaurants and the most fun and interesting people. That’s why Megan chose to call it home. Originally from Stowe, Vermont, Megan came to New York in 2006 to pursue a masters degree in comparative arts and culture at Hofstra University. Her 15 years of experience overseeing business and transactional administration for top NYC brokerages gives her the edge when it comes to helping her clients with daunting paperwork and the practical logistics of home buying. Megan understands that where one hangs their hat is more meaningful than ever before. She holds sacred the trust her clients put in her with one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. She offers the full experience of real estate to her customers and clients - from pricing and staging advice to marketing and negotiating. She prides herself on her instincts in interpersonal communication - seeking to build bridges with simple and honest human connection. She is organized, proactive and motivated to do the right thing in every situation. Megan also holds a BA in communications & media studies from Stetson University. Passionate about pre-war architecture, especially the amazing Art Deco structures around the city, Megan is a member of the Art Deco Society of New York. She loves the outdoors and frequents the naturally preserved places in NYC. She is a patron of Governor’s Island, enjoys exploring Prospect Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park and the surrounding beaches. She is an accomplished swing dancer and loves to take classes and visit the many NYC jazz & swing venues and festivals held throughout the year. She is also a big urban cycling advocate. You can find her cycling most days around Brooklyn and Manhattan in search of adventure.
