With a lifelong love of architecture, extensive experience in fashion and interior design and more than 30 years of living and running businesses in New York, it was practically a foregone conclusion that Payam Farshadfar would ultimately join the world of NYC real estate. In addition to creating, producing and managing a start-up women's fashion label and positioning the brand to top luxury retailers, he has extensive experience in transforming properties, having gut-renovated and re-designed several homes himself. His deep knowledge of aesthetics and the way spaces work is invaluable to those choosing a place to live, and to his sellers as well.
