Holly Marie Hutter

Holly will do everything in her power to ensure that her clients are provided with a knowledgeable, straightforward service that caters to their specific needs. Specializing in New Development Condominium sales, Holly has worked on many projects throughout Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. She is currently the On site Coordinator at the Dutch in Long Island City.

Always positive and enthusiastic, Holly loves meeting new people and helping them in their search for a new home. A transplant to NYC, Holly grew up in Columbus, Ohio where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She worked as a staff nurse in Ohio before becoming a travel nurse, and ultimately fulfilled her dream of moving to New York City. Her love for the city and exploring the different neighborhoods inspired her to start a career in real estate.
