Stephanie McNeil was inspired to enter the real estate business after seeing her husband, Ryan, having so much success in the industry. Since co-founding FILO, clients truly appreciate the attention she gives to their needs and her patience while shepherding them through a process that often feels daunting. As a single professional, she lived in Manhattan and Brooklyn earlier in her career while working in small business development. Raised in Queens, Stephanie has an understanding of the neighborhoods only a life long resident would have. Conscientious, research-oriented and results-driven, she helps ensure the smoothest search and sale possible for the buyers and sellers she works with. Complementing her professionalism is a truly caring and empathetic attitude that puts clients at ease, and an eye for design that brings out the best when showcasing properties. Stephanie has developed a strong background in many aspects of the real estate industry working with both sellers and buyers of co-ops, condos, single family, multi-family, new developments and developers. Originally from South Korea, Stephanie is conversant in Korean. After hours, Steph loves spending time with Ryan and daughter Spencer in as many non-real estate related activities as possible. She also tries to carve out as much “me” time as possible.
