Daniel Noparast

Daniel was born and raised in Queens resulting in him being a long time resident of Forest Hills. He started his career as a doorman in the Upper East Side of New York while working his way through college. After graduating with his degree in economics from Queens College, he was then presented with an opportunity in becoming a property manager. Daniel was successfully running and maintaining 300 rental apartments throughout the Queens and Bronx region. Daniel caught an interest in real estate while helping his parents purchase several co-op units, not to mention his own as well. He's an expert when it comes to selling and purchasing co-op units, analyzing debt to income ratio, reading financials and dealing with management companies. He uses his experiences as well as his ability to relate well with clients and give them the utmost personal attention and quality of service. His goal is putting people in their dream home and making sure all of his clients are fully satisfied with his services. Daniel has experience working with numerous contractors who are involved with renovating distressed properties and realizes the potential value within a property in any condition. Due to his interest in cooking, Daniel likes to use his spare time trying out new restaurants in New York. He also cooks his own food and trying out new recipes that he either found or made.
