Tatyana Neufeld

Tatyana, born in Chelyabinsk, Russia and raised in Belarus, emigrated to the United States in 2004. Ever since arriving, she has fallen in love with the Big Apple, and all it has to offer. Tatyana loves the energy of the city, the people and its seemingly limitless cultural offerings. This was her and her family’s motivation to make their home in New York City’s Financial District!

From 2000 – 2010, Tatyana was an international high fashion model with Next Models Management. She informs: “Although many people are not aware of it, the foremost job of a model is to help sell the product. Models are schooled in how to best present and accentuate the item being displayed. In this regard, modeling and sales are highly related.” Modeling has also afforded her the opportunity to travel the world.

In 2008, Tatyana, pursuing an entrepreneurial desire, opened New Field Yoga Studio in the Financial District, where she introduced multi-traditional yoga classes to the multitude of professional families of all demographics.

Through her careers as a model and businesswoman, Tatyana has developed a business acumen based on strong negotiating skills and honing her abilities at multi-tasking. During this time, she established a strong database of professional New York clients.

With her busy professional and family life, Tatyana nevertheless, found time to do volunteer work for New York Cares. She believes that strong communication and listening skills, combined with professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic are the keys to success in the real estate industry. Tatyana’s experience and abilities, supported by her team’s combined 23 years of real estate experience will surely put her on the road to being a major player in Manhattan’s dynamic real estate market!
