Lilian Solange Merdinian

Solange Merdinian currently resides on the Upper West Side. Originally from Argentina, she has been in New York City for more than 20 years. Honest, dynamic and deeply knowledgeable about the city, Solange is keen on customer service and makes lifelong relationships based on trust and effective communication. She specializes in both rentals and sales. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Solange can also communicate in Italian and Armenian. When she’s not selling real estate, Solange continues to perform and is also the Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of New Docta International Music Festival, a music festival/foundation in both Argentina and the US.
