Tripp Cade

Tripp Cade comes to The Corcoran Group with experience in real estate appraisals across all of New York City. This helps him ensure his sellers are pricing their apartment competitively and that his buyers are paying the appropriate price. He is also familiar with all neighborhoods throughout Manhattan after having researched and written neighborhood analyses with each appraisal performed.

Tripp prides himself on his attentiveness, drive and can-do attitude. Having received a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, he has a deep understanding of the financial aspect of the industry. He is skilled with numbers and knows the statistics of the market by each neighborhood and as a whole. Additionally, his passion for the city and prior experience in customer service assures his clients that they are priority number one. Tripp works alongside Kristina Ojdanic, a broker for over 18 years and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club as well as the Silver Council.

Outside of real estate, Tripp enjoys skiing, running in Central Park, and discovering places that offer a new perspective on this incredible city.
