In addition, Annette is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI), to which she attributes her remarkable success at negotiation. As a South African native and a New York real estate investor herself, Annette provides her firsthand knowledge and expertise towards the real estate process as well as an understanding of both her international and domestic clients’ needs. Outside of real estate, Annette enjoys art, literature, classical music and opera. Previously she worked as an art dealer, art history teacher, and certified art appraiser. She has served on the boards of American Friends of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem and CityArts in New York. She speaks English and Afrikaans.
