Robert Wands

Originally from Port Washington, New York, Robert Wands acquired valuable knowledge about the real estate business from his mother, a top producing agent on Long Island for Douglas Elliman. She made it her goal to teach Robert and his brother Christopher Wands, what is required of becoming a top agent from an early age. Robert's brother Christopher Wands is a Top Producing agent in Miami Beach and was the recipient of Douglas Elliman's prestigious Rookie of The Year Award for 2016. Robert is a graduate of Hobart College where he majored in History and International Relations with a focus in International Trade. Prior to earning his real estate license, Robert worked for two years in the sales department at a tech startup. During his time in the tech world, he worked directly with an application development team and served as a liaison between the software developers and the clients. Today Robert resides in Midtown East and specializes in the Chelsea and Flatiron areas of Manhattan. In addition to real estate, Robert started his own software development company where he further hones his skills in sales, marketing, and team management.
