Patrick has been involved in real estate for many years, from consulting at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in NYC to working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Equity Office Properties where he was a part of the Transaction team that closed nearly $2 billion in deals. Performing under pressure to identify the right opportunity, run analytics, and closing a transaction are skills engrained in his core. Patrick is a member of The Noble Black Team within Douglas Elliman, which is repeatedly ranked as a top sales team; currently ranked 8th in New City and 44th nationally by The Wall Street Journal. As a residential sales agent, Patrick draws on his financial background, attention to detail, and neighborhood expertise as a 12 year resident of NYC, to guide all of his clients to achieve their real estate goals. Having a strong understanding of the financial aspects of each deal, Patrick can assist with setting goals and budgets, maximizing rates of return, and help each of his clients to navigate this ever-changing market of NYC. Hailing from Chicago, Patrick graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance. He currently resides in Brooklyn Heights with his wife, Alexandra, & dog, Zeus.
