Lynn Sun

Lynn was born and raised in Osaka, Japan, to parents of Chinese descent. Her childhood was marked by frequent travels to Beijing, China, where she also lived for four years. These early experiences fostered the deep appreciation for multicultural environments that inspired Lynn’s move to New York. After graduating from the State University of New York at Albany with a dual B.A. in Economics and Globalization, she promptly launched her NYC real estate career. First, Lynn quickly distinguished herself as a top producer for a real estate development and brokerage company specializing in international relocations to the City. Later, she worked as a relocation consultant for an international destination services provider catering to globally mobile corporate employees. Over the years, Lynn has personally orchestrated hundreds of clients’ successful New York City moves. With a passion for outstanding customer service and a nuanced approach to accommodating her clients’ unique needs, she routinely goes above and beyond to ensure every client the best possible home-finding experience.

In her free time, Lynn practices ikebana, the centuries-old Japanese art of arranging flowers. She also enjoys snowboarding and yoga, which help her maintain a Zen mind in the midst of this bustling City. An architecture and design aficionado, Lynn can often be found reading up on these topics and has particular expertise in Feng Shui. She is fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin.
