Paul Wood

By finding strategic and creative solutions for his clients, he strives to provide a seamless transaction while identifying areas to maximize value and opportunity for them. Prior to working in real estate, Paul worked in finance - most recently as a Credit Risk Manager at HSBC. Before that, he worked as a Credit Trading Assistant at Barclays where he started his career after interning at Lehman Brothers during the summer of 2008. Paul holds a Bachelor of Finance degree with an Economics minor from the University of Scranton and he has passed the levels I & II CFA exams. From Northport, Long Island and now a New York City Resident, Paul enjoys playing ice hockey at Chelsea Piers, reading, and running in Central Park.
