Spencer Rhoda

Spencer’s professional approach focuses on providing his clients the highest level of service and in complete management of the transaction. Spencer was the top producing rookie at his boutique luxury firm in 2013 and a founding member of a top ten nationally ranked team. He holds the building records for both price per square foot and dollar amount. He has helped his clients to secure life-long assets as first residents in new development projects, as well as working with first time buyers to beat out the competition and win multiple bidding situations in the entry level sector of the market. He has represented dozens of properties both for sale and for rent with innovative marketing campaigns that have led to fast sales for top dollar. Prior to brokerage, Spencer worked for a luxury design + build firm specializing in high end residential renovation. He has lived in a Greenwich Village coop, Tribeca Condo and now owns on the Lower West Side, . A history major from the University of Pennsylvania, Spencer’s career began as a member of the Washington Redskins premium sales team. Originally from Chevy Chase, MD, he also grew up in Rye, NY; considering himself both a Washingtonian and a New Yorker.
