Serena Wu DOUGLAS ELLIMAN Serena has a passion for real estate, sales and client service. Her diverse experience in retail in both sales and operations, and in hospitality as General Manager of a NYC hotel has afforded her exceptional skills making her a highly effective client representative. As a member of the top-producing Julia Jiang &a Charles Hawkins Team at Douglas Elliman, Serena exhibits excellent customer service delivery and effective management and communication skills to the benefit of her team and clients. She comes from a long background of excelling in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, where catering to people’s needs and providing superior results have always been among the daily demands. Serena loves working with people and can relate to an international customer base. Being trilingual, she can speak, write and read fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Born and raised in China, Serena came to New York at age 16 where she attended high school. She is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Baruch College, and resides in New Jersey. Hard work and responsibility from a young age shaped Serena to become extremely focused, independent and responsible.
