He is very knowledgeable of the New York City market and has years of experience in the business. Patrick specializes in co-op and condominium sales along with rentals throughout New York City. He believes buying and selling real estate should be a pleasant experience which he prides himself on making every transaction as smooth as possible for his clients. He will naturally guide you through the entire process. Patrick achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Towson University in Maryland. After graduating from college, Patrick moved to New York City and worked in the art auction industry buying and selling high end fine art. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Patrick worked for Bold New York mastering the rental market. Before diving into the brokerage side, Patrick also worked in property management for a real estate investment firm. His unique real estate background has made it very seamless for him to build significant relationships with his clients and to efficiently assist them in finding their next home. The son of a prominent real estate developer and investor, Patrick has real estate running through his veins. He also owns a few investment properties himself. He is a fitness enthusiast and loves to get out on a beautiful day and run along the east river. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and playing golf.
