Jason Howell

For over 20 years Jason held senior positions at top-tier banks such as JP Morgan, Barclays, and Credit Suisse, providing strategic/analytical solutions for clients investing in residential and commercial real estate. With decades of experience, Jason is adept at developing a deep understanding of client’s needs and objectives. Utilizing a bespoke approach, Jason implements innovative, highly personalized strategies to maximize results. A graduate of Rhodes College with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration, Jason has lived in New York since 1992. He has owned and invested in co-ops, houses, and commercial-use buildings, coordinating with all parties involved in transactions. Previously, Jason worked in his family’s business with a focus on land management, rentals, and investment properties. When free, Jason enjoys travel, golf, cooking, and spending time with family.
