Dakota’s young, fresh energy drives him to work harder than anyone and get whatever is asked of him done with excellence. As a member of The Milan Team at The Corcoran Group, he lends his positive attitude, strong ambition to help, and uncanny ability to problem-solve to the benefit of his colleagues and clients. Extremely passionate about architecture, and particularly the amazing buildings of New York City, Dakota entered the real estate business with great enthusiasm. He moved to NYC from Tampa, Florida to model, and had the privilege of traveling the world in his fashion career to places like Italy and Hong Kong. Dakota lived in LA for a period of time, and ultimately settled in New York. He also has a background in fashion retail, leading to a natural transition to real estate where makes people happy through the joy of finding the right home. Specializing in rentals and sales in Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn, Dakota will provide utmost attention to every client and deliver the highest level of service. “Moving is hard. In addition to art, architecture and real estate, he loves the financial markets and is an active stock investor and trader. In free time, Dakota likes riding her bike around the city, hiking upstate, and exploring the outdoors. Fishing, running, skiing, and rock climbing are also among her favorite types of adventures.
