Growing up around her family's real estate business, Saila brings years of knowledge, experience, and a natural understanding of the industry. Having spent the last 13 years in Manhattan, living and loving the vastly diversified neighborhoods of NYC is what makes her so passionate about finding the perfect home at the right price. Having worked in fashion for nearly a decade at one of the top retailers of the country, she also managed the not-so-glamorous side of fashion by heading an import house in the Garment District. Saila takes pride in calling herself a team player and believes that 2 minds are better put together than one. She adapts very well in time-sensitive and challenging situations. Combining her knowledge and attention to detail is what helps her understand and educate her buyers and sellers. Mother to a young son, she has re-discovered the meaning of patience, passion, and adaptation. Being a Manhattan homeowner herself, she knows exactly what goes into finding the perfect home. All the time, energy, and emotions that are needed to be invested through the process of buying or selling are where she brings her expertise to comfort you with the same! Passionate about cooking and traveling, hosting dinner parties for friends and family is what she loves to do when she's not working. In her free time, she also loves to explore different restaurants/cuisines all over the city with her husband who is as adventurous with food as she is.
