David Ruttura

David has lived in New York for over 20 years, he knows the city inside and out and brings his love of its unique and diverse neighborhoods to the team at Weichert. In addition to his work in Real Estate, David is a theater director, having worked on several Broadway shows including SCHOOL OF ROCK and BEAUTIFUL. This work has taken him extensively on the road, and he is never happier than when he’s coming home. He understands how important it is to find the right home base. As a director, David constantly has to collaborate and think creatively to imagine what something can become. He brings this imaginative approach to his relationship with his clients, taking the time to understand their individual wants and needs and ensuring the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free.
