Hailing from Singapore, Caleb brings a global perspective to real estate. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin and has worked with clientele from all around the world and from all walks of life. Caleb’s personal approach to sales is rooted in kindness, detail-orientation, and the art of avid listening. He genuinely believes that the care taken to get to know each individual will build trust, allow for a smooth real estate process, and result in satisfied clients who enjoy the journey from start to close. 

Caleb has a Ph.D. in musical theatre and has been directing plays and musicals regionally and internationally for almost three decades. His extensive background in education and performance has made him a great communicator with a genuine interest in connecting with people and working towards understanding their real estate needs. Caleb also enjoys working with first-time home buyers, guiding them through the intricacies of each real estate transaction, and demystifying the, oftentimes, intimidating industry and process.

Caleb maintains a home in downtown Manhattan with his partner. He is an avid marathoner and cyclist, and in his free time, enjoys going to the theatre, traveling, playing mahjong, and experiencing foods from all around the world.
