Richard “D-cal” Dacalos has over 15 years of international sales experience. He has over a decade of experience as an international speaker and coach. He started his real estate career in the Philippines focused on residential sales, where he was also a certified green building consultant. Taking a break from real estate, D-cal spent a little under a decade working with international startups and the social impact community. Before moving back to New York, he worked in venture capital. D-cal is an alumnus and former advisory council member of the World Economic Forum‘s Global Shaper Community and a member of the Davos50.
