Jad Alachkar

Jad will keep scouring the market and knocking down doors until you find the home that suits you best. He began his real estate career in 2016 and started his own brokerage firm, building his reputation on superior client service and results. Jad is known for his work ethic, energy and responsiveness, coupled with deep market knowledge, and a keen understanding of numbers to make all sides of a deal work. He believes that trustworthiness and transparency are key elements in a service business like real estate, and that his primary duty is to his clients, always putting their needs first. As your real estate partner Jad will listen to your unique needs and offer resources and solutions that are in line with achieving your goals. He specializes in residential rentals and sales throughout Manhattan, but more importantly, on providing complete client satisfaction. Originally from Lebanon, Jad is trilingual in French, Arabic and English. After finishing his Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, he committed to learning and studying psychology and startup business at the American University of Beirut. Jads started his real estate career in 2016 and ran his own brokerage firm before moving to New York City with his childhood crush. Together they now live a happy married life in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. When not busy working, Jad spends time volunteering which he feels is a great way to find inner peace and give back to our community. He’s served for more than 10 years as a volunteer an emergency medical technician at the Red Cross.
