Jonathan Tavarez

Born and raised in the Bronx, Jonathan Tavarez is committed to making a difference in his professional life and through a variety of community endeavors. As part of a large family of six siblings, he learned at an early age the importance of communication, problem-solving, and patience. Jonathan attended Iona College and Monroe College, earning his bachelor’s in Business Administration. As a program director at a mental health shelter, Jonathan was dedicated to helping others become self-sufficient and transition into independent housing. He is a member of Volunteers of America, working with Operation Backpack for underserved children. Happily married and the father of a young daughter, Jonathan plays flag football on weekends and is a loyal New York Knicks fan. He cherishes family time and get-togethers, and views real estate as much more than a transactional business. He is personable, has a calm and level head, and believes strongly in the power of preparedness.
